Frequently asked questions
Which pages of my passport do you translate?
Usually the biographical (photo) page is enough. If your application requires visa pages or entry/exit stamps, send those too and we will include them.
My ID card is double-sided. Is both sides translated?
Yes. Send clear images of both sides; the certified translation covers everything on the card.
Is a translation of my ID enough to open a UK bank account?
Requirements vary by bank, but a certified translation of your national ID or passport is what banks typically request for non-English documents. Check your bank's list of accepted documents.
